Hiring Process
Application

When you complete your application, watch for a confirmation email. This signals that your application was received. After that, our hiring team will review your resume, and if you qualify for the position, you will receive an email to schedule an initial interview. We will keep you posted on the status of your application.
Because we're not as fast as an auto-responder, this step can take a while. If we see a good match between your skills and experience and what we need, we'll reach out, either by phone or email. If we don't, your application will remain in our database, accessible by all of our recruiters.

Interview Preparation
Look at your resume and think about what you have done in your past that aligns with the role you are interested in. Think about skills and experiences you want to highlight. These can be examples from work, school or volunteering.
To ensure the quality of the interviews, you must access the meeting room by a computer. Each interview will last approximately 30-45 minutes.
The hiring process is a two-way street: you are making a decision about us as well. You will have the opportunity to ask questions so be sure to prepare any questions you may have in advance of your interview.
Vector Trading strives for a humanized process. In order to provide specialized attention to you, we will provide feedback regardless of the outcome of the interview.
Interview Process
Initial Interview:
The initial interview is conducted by the recruiting team, with the objective of getting to know you beyond your resume, as well as analyzing soft skills and cultural fit.
Technical Test:
This step is carried out in order to verify technical skills, and give you the opportunity to have an idea of our technical level. There are different tests for each type of position.
Technical Team Interviews:
The interviews with the team aim to gather more information about your experience, test results, and cultural fit, as well as provide you with the opportunity to meet with potential colleagues.
Final Interview:
The final interview is conducted by Mark Glasberg (CEO/Founder) and is focused on your technical skills/knowledge and long-term career objectives.
Offer Meeting:
The offer meeting is conducted by the COO and will present the hiring offer and establish an agreed-upon response date and start date.
